Five ethics in life, filial piety first. In 2018, when the "March 8 International Women's Day" is approaching, the company organized a spring outing with the theme of "I am more beautiful than a flower" in order to promote filial piety and a harmonious corporate culture.
Under the leadership of the company's leaders, we came to Cao'e Temple. In the early years, Cao'e Temple was also called Lingxiao Temple and Xiaonv Temple. It was a memorial building built for Zhang Yang, Shangyu's filial daughter Cao'e, to rescue her father from the river. During the visit, we learned the touching story of Cao E saving his father.
"Cao E, a native of Eastern Han Dynasty, lives on the west bank of Shangyu Gushun River Phoenix Mountains in the small village below, his father, Cao Xu, was a warlock, and he often rowed boats to the river to do some singing and welcoming work. One day, Cao Xu rowed a small boat upstream from the Shunjiang River to meet the God of Chaos. Unexpectedly, the sky was unforeseen, and there was a storm on the river. Cao Xu drowned in the river. He did not see the body for several days. Cao E cried along the river day and night. Seventeen days later, he was also cast into the river on May 5th, and his father’s body was taken out five days later. Cao E’s filial piety moved the sky, and even the villagers around him. After learning about it, the local county magistrate was also deeply moved by Cao E’s filial piety and feats. A temple was built along the Shun River where Cao’e dived to save her father, and she was modeled. She was honored as a "filial piety woman" and the fishing village was called Cao'e Village,Renamed "Shun Jiang" originally named after Emperor Shun‘Cao Ejiang’。”Record the deeds of the filial daughter Cao E for people to admire and miss. Legend has it that the day Cao E went to save his father in the river was the fifth day of May. Therefore, many people regard the Dragon Boat Festival as a day to miss Cao E, a filial daughter. Therefore, Cao E saving his father is also one of the legends originating from the Dragon Boat Festival.

Then, we came to the China Xiaode Park, which is the core area of the Cao'e River Provincial Scenic Area. The scenic spot takes "filial piety culture" as the theme, and relies on the ancient sage Yu Shun who "filial piety touches the sky" and the filial daughter Cao E of the Eastern Han Dynasty who "throws the river to save his father". The excavation of culture focuses on showing Shangyu’s long history of humanities, inheriting and promoting the spirit of filial piety that has inspired the Chinese nation for thousands of years. When we came to Xiaode Garden, we visited Dashun Temple, Group Sculpture, Prajna Temple, and China Xiaode Pavilion. During the visit, we learned more stories about filial piety. Propagating filial piety has always been a traditional virtue of our Chinese nation.
